TAAI Volunteers assist Government and families of affected in Air India Express air crash at CCJ

Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) expressed shock and concern over the Air India Express aircraft AXB1344 that crashlanded at Kozhikode Airport on the evening of 7th August’20. TAAI is connecting with the Chief Minister’s office in Kerala to offer help. Hear about the efforts from TAAI:

“Our members have volunteered to assist all Government / Airline officials and help the injured passengers and assist the families of the deceased”, stated Jyoti Mayal, President. TAAI office bearers, its committee and members across the country pray that there are not many casualties.
TAAI also urges DGCA and MoCA to appropriately probe the accident. Safety of human life is the utmost importance and should not be compromised at any level. The TAAI members in Kerala and across the country shall be available to assist and can be connected for the assistance of any nature. It is particularly saddened that all the passengers were returning on the Vande Bharat flight back to their homeland, India from Dubai, due to the pandemic, to relocate and connect back with their families.

TAAI prays for the speedy recovery of the injured in this accident and convey our heartfelt condolences to the families of the passengers, crew/pilot who lost their lives.
