The three-day B2B show brings the best of global travel to the Indian stage

With 2020 less than 30 days away, the leading travel show in Asia-Pacific, OTM has revealed its line-up for next year and it looks promising as ever. Many esteemed participants from the past have reinstated their trust in the B2B travel trade show with big names like Indonesia, Japan, Kenya, Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Maldives, Mauritius, Philippines, China, Fiji, Nepal and Sri Lanka coming on board for the upcoming edition.

The show has also caught the attention of Malaysia and Azerbaijan. Both destinations have expressed their interest in the trusted marketing platform of OTM for their marketing and trade promotional purposes in India and will be present at the 2020 edition.

Interestingly, African nations including Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Mauritius and others showcase their destination only at OTM in India.

Things are looking great on the home front too. Almost 30 State Tourism Boards and Union Territories are planning to exhibit in a prominent way, including Andaman & Nicobar, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Goa, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Uttarakhand and West Bengal. Each state will be participating along with a large selection of private participants.

OTM has consistently received rave reviews from its exhibitors, most of whom consider the platform to be indispensable to effectively reach out to the diverse Indian travel market. OTM is ably supported by a Hosted Buyer Programme. Over 800 top buyers from Tier I, Tier II cities and other regions are invited, qualified and hosted during the three days of the show.

Tie-ups with travel trade associations such as OTOAI, ADTOI, TAFI, ETAA, TAAI, IATO, NIMA, EEMA, SIGTOA, TAAP, TAAN, GTAA, TAG and RAAG have also been made to attract top buyers from all over India. International buyers from countries such as Australia, France, Spain, USA, Canada, Georgia, Romania, Poland, Italy, Israel, Bulgaria, Mexico, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe and many others will attend the show. More than 15,000 trade visitors will also join the buyers in exploring travel showcases over a three-day period.

With more than 1,000 exhibitors, OTM Mumbai continues to be the biggest of its kind in terms of rented area. If the response received till date is any indication, the show will be much bigger in the upcoming edition.

OTM is also famous for a well-curated, informative and relevant event programme that addresses the travel industry’s trends and challenges. The OTM Forum 2020 will focus on key areas of travel including outbound, MICE, travel tech, aviation and others.
