Ecuador launches tourism

Ecuador has launched an extensive promotion campaign in Washington, DC to show U.S. audiences the diverse tourism, business and trade opportunities in the South American country.

The ‘I Discovered’ ads, which can be seen on public transport and at major junctions across the city, showcase the most exotic and popular tourist attractions of Ecuador, including the Galapagos Islands, the extraordinary biodiversity, pristine coastline and the 400km train ride through the Andes mountains.

“Ecuador has won many prestigious international awards for its tourism opportunities and we are proud to share these one-of-a-kind destinations with audiences in Washington, DC,” Ambassador of Ecuador to the U.S. Nathalie Cely said. “From the Galapagos Islands to the Amazon rainforest, to the Andes Mountains, to our untouched coasts, Ecuador’s natural beauty provides something for everyone,” she said.
