The Philippines Tourism Marketing Office, India, which represents the Department of Tourism Philippines (DOT) in the Indian market, is showcasing its tourism products at OTM, Mumbai. This year, DOT is focusing on increasing awareness of its 7,107 islands among Indian travellers.

While visiting OTM, Susan J Del Mundo, Marketing & Promotions, Tourism Promotion Board, Philippines told Travel News Digest, “It’s more fun to come to the Philippines and experience the varied attractions and travel offerings. The destination spots we are showcasing, other than Manila, are Buracay, one of the top 10 beaches in the world, Cebu, Davas and Palawan – these are all part of the 7,107 islands we are promoting here at OTM Mumbai. The Philippines has been participating in OTM for many years; it’s a place where we promote the Philippines in a big way. Two days of B2B give a boost to the business. We are really very happy.”
