Singapore Airlines ad shifts focus from flight attendants to passengers

Singapore Airline’s iconic ‘Singapore Girl’, who has become a powerful brand ambassador for the airlines in the past 40 years, is now being retired for a new series of advertisements. The latest advert “The Lengths We Go To” is a “fresher, more relevant, contemporary look for the airline”.

“The campaign is very much about the spirit of Singapore Airlines and the lengths that we go to make sure that each and every customer feels at home, feels that their needs are anticipated and taken care of,” said Sheldon Hee, Vice President – Marketing Communications & Development, Singapore Airlines.

The new ad has been shot in China, Venice, and Scotland, and the airline has released a five-minute video clip about the making of the campaign ahead of its debut.
